Canada‘s National Meteorite Collection is currently housed at the NHC, a natural history Research and Collections site. Stored at the site are many of the unique meteorites that have been found in Canada. The meteorites are stored in a humidity and environmentally controlled area of the complex. I was given a unique opportunity to view this collection with the curator, as it is generally closed to the public.

The following photographs are used with the permission of the Nature Museum of Canada/NHC.

The Collection has a number of great specimens of meteorites we have already reviewed.
